Terms of sale for the WebOustaou service. These terms will apply once paid subscriptions are offered.
Current status
WebOustaou does not currently sell any paid product or service. No subscription, payment or order is offered on this website at this stage, and no commercial activity is carried out yet.
These terms of sale are therefore not applicable for now. They will be completed and published before any paid offer becomes available.
Future commercial terms
When paid plans are introduced, this page will set out at least:
- The description of the offers and subscription plans
- Prices, taxes and billing terms
- Payment, renewal and cancellation conditions
- Trial/beta terms where applicable
- Service levels and support
- Liability and termination consequences
- Data export and deletion after termination
- Applicable law and competent courts
Payments would be handled by a specialist payment provider; WebOustaou would not store card data. The provider would be added to our subprocessors list beforehand.
